Dear Songwriters and Musical Theatre Lovers (pass this on) (if possible, let us KNOW how many of you are coming....)

MTL (Musical Theatre Limited) is having it's first ever SONGWRITERS SHOWCASE (MTLSSC)! We invited Songwriters who'd share some of their works then. Come, enjoy ORIGINALITY and CREATIVITY!

These are the notes/features of the MTLSSC::

DateTime: 2008-Feb-22 FRI Night 7pm to 9pm
Place: The VERANDAH Cafe (Asian Civilization Museum) ("An MTL Generous SPONSOR")
Resources: Upright Piano, CD Player, Singing Mic (2x), PC Projector (PC can play DVD)
Free Entry :: You can buy food and drinks and WINE from theVerandah at 10% Discount
Internet: Free and Powerful Wireless@SG Connection

Showtime for the SONGWRITER:
You have 10 minutes (flat) to show your works
You can play the piano, guitar, CD, Video, A Capella (can play a RECORDED work, then describe-share)
Can be instrumental (less preferred, since it is SONGwriter)
Can share LYRICS only, why hows, Musicals mainly, but can be other genre
Can give out SONGSHEET with your CONTACT details
You can do 1x to a medley of songs - just do it in 10 mins flat
You can perform the works yourself or invite your friends to perform for you


So do come Feb-22, a great FRIDAY to chill off the wild week! Be Original, Be Creative, see them in the Act!
